Boutique Return Policy

We want to keep our customers happy. So, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do all we can to make it better for you!

Please read all policies thoroughly so that you can make an informed purchase. Thank you for your interest in shopping with us, we appreciate your business!

Returns: All orders placed under promotion or with the use of discount codes is final sale. There are no exceptions. Accessories, clothing, candles, furniture and lighting are all final sale. There are no exceptions. All clearance/sale/promotional items are final sale. There are no exceptions. We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for store credit only. All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item/s.

Return instructions for online and in person orders: All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should a customer choose to return an item. Feel free to process the return in store. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If purchased in store, please return the item to the store in person. You must email solanaonbroadway@gmail.com for return approval for online orders. Please include your order number in the initial email. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn.

Store Credit: Store credit can only be used online at www.solanaonbroadway.com or in store at Solana Boutique. It will be issued in the form of a gift card via email or a physical card in store. It cannot be used in the event space or The Loft upstairs. Store credit is non-transferrable. Store credit will be processed within 24-48 hours. Maintain track of your return parcel. Store credit does not expire.

Damages: In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send in an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored. Return shipping will only be refunded if the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Solana Event Space Policies, Terms & Conditions

Solana has adopted the following terms and conditions governing the rental of the event space.

*By purchasing your event’s date & time through our website you agree to these terms & conditions

1. Solana Event Space can seat up to 50 and accommodate a maximum of 70 people

2. Rental rates are disclosed in exhibit a of this agreement.

3. Solana Event Space requires a cancellation notice of 14 days or you will forfeit your deposit.

4. Solana Event Space is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

5. Solana Event Space holds no liability for any or all personal injuries on premises.

6. You are responsible for your own caterer. Kitchen and bar facilities are to be left how they were found.

7. Smoking is not permitted in the interior of the facilities.

8. The event space must be returned to its original condition. Free of all decorations and trash.

9. Solana Event Space requires a card on file in the event there are damages to the property during your event.

10. Your party must be out and the space must be restored at the agreed upon time.

11. Set up time and clean up time are included in the booking time slot.

The Loft at Solana Policies

To enhance your experience at The Loft in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines and policies prior to your stay:

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information with anyone.

​

Communications: Savanna Nave, the Innkeeper, does not live on site. Check in time, changes or any other commutations prior to your arrival or during your stay are very important to us. Please keep Savanna’s number handy for calling and texting. It is 816-885-2029.

​

Arrival and departure: Check-In is 3pm. Please notify us if you plan on arriving after 6pm. Check out 11am

​

Payment and Cancellations: We know circumstances arise that can be out of a guest’s control requiring the cancellation of a reservation. However, as a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services we are able to provide. Therefore, we cannot make exceptions to the cancellation policies. Cancellations from the time the reservation is made up to eight (8) days prior to the date of your reservation are subject to a $25 handling fee. Cancellations with notice of seven (7) days or less prior to the date of your reservation results in a 50% charge of the room rate for all dates cancelled. Same day cancellations and “no-show” reservations will be charged at 100% of the room rate for all dates cancelled. If the room is rebooked with another guest, the 50% or 100% charge will be reduced to a $25 handling fee. Please note that rescheduling your stay constitutes a cancellation.

Guest Suite Restrictions: For your safety and the safety of others, no open flames of any kind are allowed. Open flames of any kind (candle, incense, etc.) are strictly prohibited from use in any room. Please no fresh flower petals on the floor or beds. Flower petals stain fine linens, carpet and upholstery. Guests will be charged full price for any damage, required cleaning, or replacement of items in the suite that may be necessary. The loft is a private facility and is for the exclusive use of our overnight guests. If guests would like to have a visitor, it must be pre-arranged with the innkeepers. The Loft is intended for use of guests only and is not to be used as a gathering place.

Parking: We have a large parking lot to the East of the building for you to use. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the security of your vehicle.

​

Children & Pets: We love children of all ages and welcome them into The Loft! Please just be respectful of the decorative items during your stay. We are pet lovers but unfortunately unable to offer pet accommodations.

​

Smoking: The Loft is a smoke free home. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the home. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalks outside of the building. Should a guest break our non-smoking rule, a surcharge will be assessed to the registered guest. This surcharge ranges from a minimum of $300 up to $500 depending on what is necessary to restore the room to its original smoke free condition. If the room must be taken out of availability in order to deodorize and recondition it, we will also charge, in addition to the aforementioned costs, the standard room rental for that room for every night it is out of service.

Maximum occupants per room: Nightly rates are based on the number of beds in use. The Loft sleeps up to ten (10) guests. Our guests never share The Loft with strangers. This is a whole house rental. Bedroom occupancy is a maximum of two (2) persons.
